  • Review and validate Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure technical feasibility and delivery alignment
  • Provide technical leadership throughout delivery, ensuring solutions align with architecture and best practices
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and at-risk projects
  • Design integration between Control-M and enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems
  • Develop and contribute to architecture documentation, migration plans, and best practice frameworks
  • Provide architectural governance across multiple concurrent customer engagements, ensuring consistency, quality, repeatability, and risk management.
  • Mentor consultants and support team development through technical leadership and coaching
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, and BMC AI teams to ensure aligned customer outcomes
  • Present technical strategies, migration approaches, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders and customer leadership team

Required Qualifications:

  • Deep hands-on experience with enterprise mainframe environments, including z/OS, Sysplex architectures, workload automation, JCL, tape management, output management, and batch processing operations.
  • Proven experience leading migration and conversion projects from enterprise schedulers
