- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience as an IBM FileNet Administrator.
- Experience with IBM Filenet version 5.5.x, related to document capture and processing, integration, scripting and automation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with IBM Datacap version 9.1.x, related to document capture and processing, integration, scripting and automation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Experience working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand and document business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
- Experience aligning technology solutions with business and IT strategies and complying with the organization's architectural standards.
- Experience in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.
- Experience making recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
- Experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
- Proficient in speaking and writing in the English language.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Eight (8) years or more of experience as an IBM FileNet Administrator.
