Job Description :

8–10 years of strong experience as an Integration/Technical Consultant with expertise in enterprise application integration and middleware technologies.

Strong hands-on experience with IBM MQ, IBM Cognos, Informatica, and IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS).

Experience in designing, developing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise integrations and batch processing solutions.

Strong understanding of integration architecture, messaging frameworks, data movement, ETL processes, scheduling, and enterprise application interfaces.

Experience in developing and supporting integration solutions across multiple applications, databases, and external systems.

Strong experience in troubleshooting integration failures, analyzing logs, tracing message/data flows, identifying root causes, and implementing permanent fixes.

Experience working with production support, incident management, problem management, and change management processes.

Ability to lead technical discussions, analyze requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance to team members.

Strong experience with IBM Cognos Analytics development and support.

Design and implement integration solutions using IBM MQ, Informatica, IBM Cognos, and IBM Workload Scheduler.

Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable and supportable integration solutions.

Develop and maintain MQ-based integrations, including queues, channels, message flows, and connectivity configurations.

Design and support Informatica ETL workflows, mappings, transformations, and data integration processes.

Develop and maintain IBM Cognos reports, dashboards, queries, and reporting solutions.

Design, configure, and maintain IBM Workload Scheduler jobs, job streams, schedules, dependencies, and calendars.

Integrate batch processes across multiple enterprise applications using IBM Workload Scheduler.

Monitor enterprise integrations, batch jobs, message queues, ETL workflows, and reporting processes.

Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing application logs, MQ messages, Informatica workflows, Cognos reports, scheduler jobs, database processes, and system interfaces.

Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring integration and batch processing issues.

Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve integration stability and performance.

Coordinate with application, infrastructure, database, middleware, security, and business teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders and provide recommendations for integration improvements.

Perform performance tuning and optimization of integration, ETL, reporting, messaging, and scheduling processes.

Support deployment activities across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.

Prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, deployment documents, operational procedures, and support documentation.

Establish and maintain integration development standards, monitoring procedures, and best practices.

Participate in production support activities, incident management, problem management, change management, and release management.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level integration resources.

Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, architecture, coding, and operational standards.

Work independently and effectively as a senior technical resource in a high-pressure, client-facing environment.
