Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Informatica TDM Architect to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica TDM, with a focus on test data manufacturing, data de-identification, and sub-setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex data management projects in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop solutions for production data de-identification and sub-setting into lower environments using Informatica TDM.
  • Analyze existing application landscapes to identify data flow diagrams and extract data dictionaries from source systems.
  • Extract relationships between different databases and corresponding tables, and read and understand data dictionaries of source systems.
  • Configure subsets and filters for use with Informatica TDM, and validate subsets created.
  • Coordinate with customer stakeholders to identify requirements and implement solutions for data de-identification, sub-setting, and refresh into lower environments.
  • Groom project team members on Informatica TDM best practices, and help understand existing customer environments.
  • Design a framework to enable data governance models in non-production environments, and direct teams to implement the framework designed.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Informatica TDM experience, with a focus on test data manufacturing and data de-identification.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data, business knowledge, and terminology.
  • Experience working with healthcare payer industry, and understanding of E2E data flow and dependencies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prepare and present oral and written reports and recommendations.
  • Experience with database design, data warehousing, and large-scale data management issues and concepts.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Informatica TDM, with a focus on test data manufacturing and data de-identification.
  • US healthcare domain experience is mandatory, with experience related to account/groups, members, providers, and claims manufacturing.
  • Certification in database administration, programming, or Informatica TDM is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with IBM Optim, and strong understanding of physical database design.
  • Ability to work towards meeting stringent milestones, and proven project planning and execution abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
