We have an urgent requirement related to your profile with one of our clients for Technology Lead/Architect - iLog or IBM WODM at Bentonville, AR.If you are interested and available for the following position then please send your updated resume immediately in a word format and fill the following details.

Position 1:

Role : Technology Lead - iLog or IBM WODM

Work Locations : Bentonville, AR.

Duration : Full Time

Qualifications 

Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

At least 4 years of experience in development and design across multiple projects.

At least 3-4 years of experience in IBM-ODM (Operational Decision Manager). Should have experience in designing the solution using ODM.

Hands on experience in implementing and designing BRMS solution using IBM ODM 8.x, iLog/JRules

Experience in Rules Harvesting, rules design and rules governance

Exposure to architecting and setting up a BRMS system using IBM-ODM

Exposure to IBM-BPM and working in a BPM+BRMS based environments will be advantageous

Exposure to migration or business rules from legacy and other BRMS systems to IBM ODM.

Experience in Agile Development processes Should have good analytical skills and communication skills.

Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
