Required Skills

Expertise in IBM MDM version 11x Advanced Edition product hands-on implementation production support experience.
4 years IBM MDM experience must
Expert in Net and API.
Hands on experience with IBM MDM Customization using features which includes Extension Addition Business proxies SDP Match Merge Rules Event Manager Notification.
Expert in Java JEE development background with RSA RAD Web sphere MDM Workbench SOAP Web Services XML XSD WSDL
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Provide ongoing production support for the MDM AE environment including troubleshooting technical issues monitoring performance and ensuring data accuracy.
Analyze and resolve fix technical issues related to MDM AE such as data loading problems performance bottlenecks and application errors.
Work closely with Client and other teams such as development and database administration to resolve production related issues and ensure seamless operation.
Use ticketing systems to document and track production issues ensuring timely resolution and follow up and do RCAs.
Experience in working with Linux Unix.
Nice to have experience in Banking Insurance domain.
