Job description

ComResource is looking for a Data Engineer.

We need someone to assist in calculating FDIC insurance at the customer and bank levels using traditional and modern data engineering tools. This role requires a technical professional who can also act as a subject matter expert (SME) for business logic around FDIC 370.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, construct, install, test, and maintain data management systems.
  • Build high-performance algorithms, predictive models, and prototypes.
  • Ensure systems meet both business requirements and industry standards.
  • Integrate modern data technologies into existing data structures.
  • Develop processes for data mining, modeling, and production.
  • Create custom software components and analytics applications.
  • Research and propose new uses for existing data.
  • Employ a variety of tools and languages to connect systems.
  • Collaborate with data architects, IT, and data scientists to achieve project goals.
  • Implement and update disaster recovery procedures.
  • Recommend ongoing improvements for data reliability and quality.

Essentials:
