About the team you are joining

Reporting to the SeniorManager Administration, you will support reception, conference centre, andadministrative operations within the Montreal office. The role involves assistingwith conference room reservations, handling telephone inquiries, assisting withcatering arrangements, and supporting a variety of administrative andoperational activities.
Candidatesapplying for this position must have graduated within the last 12 months, beavailable to start promptly, and be able to work full-time (40 hours per week)for a minimum of six months. Due to the nature of the role, on-site presence isrequired Monday to Friday.

What your day would be like

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients in a reception environment.
Respond to telephone inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
Assist with conference room reservations and catering requests using the Event Management System (EMS).
Support conference centre operations, including meeting room logistics and audiovisual requirements.
Assist with the preparation, setup, and servicing of catering requests in conference rooms and employee spaces.
Compile operational data and statistics for reporting purposes.
Provide administrative support for office services, events, and workplace projects, as required.
Contribute to the day-to-day activities of the Administration team.
