Job Description SummaryIn this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the efficient flow of materials and products within the Noblesville Ultrasound Depot operation. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, tracking, and distributing materials while ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and shipping requirements. This role supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, depot coordination activities, and the shipment of medical equipment to help deliver high-quality solutions to customers worldwide.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and distribute inbound materials for the Noblesville depot operation.

  • Assess and process ultrasound probes, ultrasound systems, carts, and Trophon devices in accordance with established procedures.

  • Maintain accurate product identification and transaction records within the electronic Device History Record (eDHR) system.

  • Perform inventory transactions, cycle counting, material movement, and inventory control activities to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Pick, match, and stage ultrasound systems and accessory carts to support customer order fulfillment.

  • Support depot coordination activities, including material flow, equipment tracking, and operational readiness.

  • Execute domestic and international shipping activities in compliance with applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) and International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations.

  • Follow quality system requirements, standard operating procedures, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

  • Identify and escalate inventory, quality, or shipping discrepancies to support timely resolution.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a warehouse, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environment.

  • Experience with inventory management, material handling, receiving, shipping, or distribution processes.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution operations.

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Experience using electronic Device History Record (eDHR) systems.

  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing, medical device, ISO 13485, or FDA-regulated environment.Knowledge of incoming inspection, inventory control, and nonconforming material processes.

  • Understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and quality system requirements.

  • Experience with barcode scanning, inventory tracking, and shipping processes, including DOT/IATA and hazardous materials requirements.

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
