Job Description

The Identity Management Engineer will be responsible for support of Identity Management system and related initiatives.  This individual will support the existing IDM infrastructure and implement the necessary system updates as connected systems change.  The individual will provide technical assistance with the onboarding of new connected systems and will serve as an IDM SME for the security group, helpdesk, and end users.  The Identity Management Engineer will assist the Senior IDM Engineer in project implementation as well as producing compliance reports, supporting role based access control, working Service Requests, monitoring IDM servers, and system testing.
IDM maintenance including driver health, LDAP directory, role and resource maintenance, incident response, system support, updates, patches, modifications, new connectors, disaster recovery testing, workflow, report writing, monitoring, log management, and support for environment and employee changes.  Respond to Support Requests, process large amounts of data with extreme accuracy, and be backup SME for entire IDM solution.
