Front Desk Coordinator (I Promise HealthQuarters)
Coleman Health Services is seeking a seeking a full-time customer service oriented person to provide front desk coverage at the I Promise HealthQuarters in Akron, Ohio. The I Promise HealthQuarter's relationship with the Lebron James Family Foundation, Peg's Foundation, Akron Public School District, and AxessPointe emphasizes partnership, outstanding communication skills and services within the community.

Duties of Front Desk Coordinator (I Promise HealthQuarters) include:
  • Taking and documenting patient vital signs including weight, blood pressure, and pulse using automated equipment
  • Completion of client engagement letters
  • Submitting/sending medical records
  • Answering phones
  • Greeting customers
  • Notifying staff of client arrival
  • Scheduling/confirming appointments
  • Verifying insurance
  • Completing portions of electronic health record data form
  • Distributing mail
  • Performing other general office duties

Qualified Front Desk Coordinator (I Promise HeatlhQuarters) candidates will be able to multitask, maintain confidentiality, engage with cultural humility, work collaboratively, and stay calm during crisis situations. Must have a high school diploma, two years of medical office experience, and experience with EHR. Previous medical records experience and excellent professionalism are preferred. This position is located in Akron at the I Promise HealthQuarters.
