About the Role
We’re hiring high‑energy group fitness coaches to deliver team‑based, community focussed F45 sessions with excellent cueing, safety, and member care. You’ll create a welcoming, inclusive vibe for new and experienced members and help them feel confident, challenged, and supported in every class. All Shifts, AM & PM Available.
What You’ll Do

  • Coach & motivate: Lead members through the daily F45 program; demo movements, manage stations, warm‑ups, and cool‑downs
  • Cue & scale: Provide smart regressions/progressions and clear, real‑time form corrections to prevent injury
  • Member experience: Learn names/goals, build personal connections, and champion an upbeat, professional environment
  • Trials & consults: Conduct brief, goal‑oriented consultations for trial members to support conversions and retention
  • Studio standards: Open/close duties; set up, break down, clean, and reset equipment; uphold cleanliness and safety
  • Brand focus: Promote and sell F45 services only; assist with membership growth and retention
  • Demonstration: Confidently perform each exercise with excellent technique as needed during class
What You’ll Bring

  • Character, care, and communication: Positive spark, member‑first mindset, and strong public speaking
  • Growth mindset: Thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment; enjoys meeting lots of people
  • Experience: Group training experience (or show us you’ll be great at it) and 1+ year as a personal or group fitness trainer
  • Technical chops: Solid understanding of functional movement, HIIT, and heart‑rate‑based training
  • Reliability: Consistent evenings/PM availability; weekends required
  • Digital fluency: Comfortable using social media (Instagram/Facebook) for community engagement
  • Bonus: F45 background and/or HYROX/functional strength coaching experience
Certifications (Required)

  • Nationally accredited fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, PTA Global, ISSA)
  • Current CPR/First Aid/AED (or able to obtain within 30 days)
  • Group training certification (or equivalent experience demonstrating group leadership)
