What You'll Do
As Lead Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care while leading the clinical and business operations of our medical department.
Responsibilities include:
  • Deliver IV therapy, mHbOT, and injectable wellness treatments
  • Perform patient assessments, create customized wellness plans and strategies to achieve their goals
  • Ensure safe clinical care
  • Lead, educate, and mentor the nursing team
  • Train new clinical team members and provide continuing professional development
  • Help grow our medical services through excellent patient education
  • Partner with the Studio Manager to improve clinical operations, member experience, and the continued growth of our medical services
  • Maintain compliance with all nursing standards and protocols
  • Ensure exceptional patient experiences
  • Continuously improve quality, efficiency, and clinical excellence

What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Active RN license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong IV and venipuncture skills
  • 3 or more years of RN experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for wellness and patient care
Preferred:
  • Charge nurse or leadership experience
  • Infusion, ER, ICU, outpatient or wellness experience
