You’ll work the front desk, check in boxers, create an unforgettable member experience, and drive the growth of the club through membership sales and community engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver an exceptional front‑desk experience by checking in every member and first-time guest with energy, enthusiasm, and genuine connection
Sell memberships, class packages, private training, and retail, using a consultative, needs‑based approach
Complete daily phone and sms outreach tasks
Ask for referrals and identify opportunities to bring new people into the club

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Passion for fitness, wellness, or helping others feel their best is preferred
Team player who brings positivity and energy to every shift
REQUIREMENTS
