Description
Are you a dependable, safety-focused team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? If so, this position may be a great fit for you. As a Shipping & Receiving Associate / Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming materials, preparing and shipping outbound orders, operating forklifts and material handling equipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will work both independently and collaboratively to support daily warehouse operations while meeting safety, quality, and delivery objectives.

Job Type: First shift, Full-time, located in Murray KY
Hourly Wage: Commensurate with experience
Core Responsibilities of our Warehouse Associate:
  • Operating material handling equipment safely and using handheld RF devices.
  • Accurately receive and put away inbound products.
  • Pick orders and stage product as defined in standard work instructions.
  • Label and audit products.
  • Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers within commercially accepted guidelines.
  • Operating and working in the returnable wash area as required.
  • Safely perform standard work and duties for the returnable storage and wash area.
  • Perform the cycle counts as needed.
  • Communicate quality issues to Supervisor Assistant and/or Logistics Team Leader.
    • Damaged or inadequate packaging and labeling.
    • Oil leaks or debris.
  • Basic knowledge of Warehouse management Systems to use handheld devices and maintain forklift certification

Requirements
  • High school or GED
  • 1 year shipping and receiving experience
  • Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to use handheld RF devices
  • Prior forklift experience
  • Maintain forklift certification
  • Microsoft Excel and Word Experience
