What you will be doing

This position drives organizational objectives for the assigned area by ensuring high quality products are safely manufactured, packaged, and shipped to our customers on time. S/he is responsible to ensure manufactured product meets customer specifications. In addition, this employee will ensure manufacturing processes are followed, quality checks are completed, and products are adequately inspected toย customer expectations for possible defects. S/he has specialized training or skills to perform job functions and are capable of independently exercising sound judgment in non-routine and complex situations.

What will make you successful?
  • 10 yearsย of maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial setting. (required)
  • 5 years of leadership experience with the responsibility for managing, coaching, and evaluating direct reports. (required)
  • Familiarity with PLCs, peferably Allen Bradley (preferred)
  • Understanding and experience with:
    • Hydraulics
    • Electrical
    • Combustion systems
    • Thermocouples
    • Mechanical
    • Welding
