Are you enthusiastic about safe operation of hydro-blasting equipment? Join the Badger team as an Industrial Hydro Blast Operator! In this role, you'll be responsible for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials associated with industrial services and high-pressure water blasting. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to be part of essential industrial work, apply now to join our dedicated team.
The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Operates, sets up, and maintains hydro-blast trailers, high-pressure pumps, and tank cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Performs pre-job equipment and site inspections, completes required safety documentation, adheres strictly to safety procedures, and promptly reports hazards or incidents.
  • Conducts manual tasks including installing, repairing, and cleaning valves, hoses, pumps, and related equipment in hazardous industrial environments.
  • Assists supervisors and Team Members as directed, maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment throughout and after tasks.

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement strongly preferred or the ability to obtain one shortly after hire.
  • Experience with hydro-blasting or pressure cleaning preferred; refinery or plant experience a plus.
  • Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state, and availability for overtime work as needed.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
