We are seeking a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to join our executive team and help define what comes next.

Type & Location: Onsite position (not remote or hybrid) that can be located in our Indianapolis IN or Franklin TN offices.

The Role: The Vice President of Sales and Marketing will lead sales and marketing (including application engineering and technical service) with responsibility for both protecting our core business and driving expansion into new markets and applications. This executive will inherit and lead a highly skilled and engaged sales and marketing team that is aligned around Hydro-Gear's long-term growth objectives, while continuing to develop talent, strengthen performance, and drive business results.
