Job description

Are you someone who is willing to engage, listen, and lead others to drive meaningful change? If so, then the Production Supervisor position at Hydro-Gear is for you. In this position, you will lead and support daily production operations while partnering closely with employees to drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement efforts. You will play a key role in fostering a positive team environment, supporting employee development, and helping move Hydro-Gear forward through strong leadership, communication, and accountability.

Job Type: Full-Time On-site (not hybrid or remote) located in Huntingdon, TN

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations and supporting production team members in a fast-paced environment. You will use your leadership skills, operational knowledge, and ability to build relationships to drive results, support employee engagement, and maintain a strong culture focused on safety, quality, and forward motion.

Core Responsibilities of our Production Supervisor:

  • Lead and support daily production operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity expectations are achieved.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop production employees while fostering accountability and a positive team environment.
  • Develop strong working relationships with employees and cross-functional teams to support operational success and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Monitor workflow, staffing, and production needs while helping resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.

Qualifications for Production Supervisor:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or technical school preferred
  • 6 plus years of related manufacturing leadership experience. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
