We work with PCA Skin and Marini Skin Solutions. We have been established in South OC since 2008 and our clinics are the top performing clinics in the Nation! We own the Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo South and Lake Forest clinics, servicing over 10 cities! What we will achieve together

  • Maintain a $40 sales to service
  • Convert 50% of all services to an Advanced Treatment
  • Add on an average of one enhancement per client
  • Assist the front desk team in filling your schedule to an 80% efficiency


What the role looks like

  • Provide a recommendation of a series of 6 treatments to all clients after each session
  • Recommend at least three home-care products to all clients
  • Available to work at least one closing shift and both weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Assist in inventory processes
  • Maintain a professional and therapeutic relationship with all members and guests
  • Call clients during downtime to assist them in booking their next appointment & treatment follow up
  • Promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program to all guests
  • Maintain the cleanliness of treatment room and assist in overall cleanliness of the clinic
  • Keep thorough notes for all clients
  • Conduct thorough consultations prior to beginning any session
