Job description

THE SHORT VERSION
We clean roofs and building exteriors across the Pacific Northwest using our proprietary RoofRX™ system. No pressure washing — this is skilled, technical work on high-end residential and commercial properties. We're growing fast and need A-players who want a career, not just a paycheck.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
• Perform roof treatments using our proprietary RoofRX™ soft wash system
• Exterior house and building washing
• Gutter cleaning and maintenance
• Window cleaning
• Work from a fully equipped Hydra Clean service truck (solo most days — 2-person crew on $2,500+ jobs)
• Deliver premium results that earn 5-star reviews and repeat customers
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
• up to $45/hour - Awesome bonus structure + Tips (current techs making $12k/yr just in tips alone)
• Performance bonuses that push top techs to $90K+/year
• W-2 employee — not 1099. Real paycheck, real protections.
• Paid time off
• Company-provided equipment, truck, and materials — you show up, we supply the rest
• Clear career path: Technician → Senior Tech → Lead Tech → Crew Manager
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Physically capable — you're on roofs, carrying equipment, working outdoors in PNW weather
• Reliable — show up on time, every time. Our customers are counting on you.
• Detail-oriented — we don't do "good enough." Every job gets done right.
• Self-motivated — you'll run your own truck and manage your own route most days
• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation to the shop
• Comfortable on ladders and roofs (we train on safety, but you can't be afraid of heights)
• Pass a drug screening
• Authorized to work in the US
EXPERIENCE
No roof cleaning experience needed — we'll train you on RoofRX™. But if you've worked in any of these, you'll ramp fast:
• Exterior cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning
• Roofing or construction
• Landscaping or outdoor services
• Any physically demanding skilled trade
WHY HYDRA CLEAN
• Founded 2007 — not a startup, not going anywhere
• One of the fastest-growing exterior maintenance companies in Washington
• $1M liability insurance on every job
• Real training, real safety protocols, real career paths
• We promote from within — every crew leader started as a tech
• Performance pay means YOUR hustle determines YOUR income
ABOUT US
Hydra Clean specializes in long-term roof and exterior maintenance across the Pacific Northwest. Our proprietary RoofRX™ system treats roofs to prevent moss regrowth rather than just blasting it off. We serve residential and commercial clients from our Bellingham and Lynnwood offices.
Hundreds of 5-star reviews. Eco-friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable solutions. Free camera/drone inspections. 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee.

This isn't a side hustle. This is a career in a recession-proof industry (roofs always need cleaning in the PNW). If you're tired of dead-end jobs and want to build something real — apply now.

Company Description

Hydra Clean isn't a cleaning company. It's a performance culture disguised as one.
We're a Pacific Northwest exterior and roof maintenance company founded in 2007 — and we've been quietly building one of the most aggressive growth machines in the industry. Our techs don't punch a clock and pray for Friday. They run their own trucks, own their own routes, and earn based on what they produce. Period.
Here's how it works: you get a fully loaded service truck, all the equipment and materials, a daily route, and the freedom to execute. No micromanaging. No babysitting. You're a one-person operation backed by a company that handles sales, scheduling, marketing, and customer service so you can focus on one thing — delivering premium results and getting paid for it.
Our top techs clear $90K+/year. That's not a typo and it's not a ceiling. Base pay goes up to $45/hr, and our bonus structure stacks on top of that with no cap. You sell a service plan? Bonus. You hit your daily target? Bonus. You crush your weekly number? Bigger bonus. The math is simple — your output determines your income.
We specialize in long-term roof health using our proprietary RoofRXTM system — a soft wash treatment that prevents moss regrowth instead of just blasting it off. We also handle exterior washing, gutters, and windows for residential and commercial properties. Hundreds of 5-star reviews, $1M liability insurance on every job, eco-friendly solutions, and a 100% money-back guarantee. Our reputation is the reason the phone doesn't stop ringing.
Culture-wise? We're competitive but we're a team. We track production daily, celebrate wins publicly, and hold each other to a high standard. If you're the type who wants to coast, this isn't the place. If you're the type who wants to outwork everyone and get rewarded for it — welcome home.
Two locations: Bellingham and Lynnwood, WA. Growing fast. Promoting from within. Every crew leader and senior tech started exactly where you'd be starting.
No experience needed — we train you on everything. But bring the attitude. That's the one thing we can't teach.
