Your Responsibilities:You aren't just answering phones and moving boxes; you are the face of our lab. Every full-arch case that moves through our facility impacts a patient's ability to eat, smile, and live with confidence. Your job is to orchestrate the smooth, flawless flow of these cases from the moment they arrive to the moment they are shipped out.
On a daily basis, you will:Be the First Line of Support: Act as the critical point of contact for doctors and their clinical teams, providing exceptional care via phone, email, and text. You will triage and solve customer questions efficiently before escalating them.
Manage the Case Pipeline: Accurately enter, track, schedule, and log new and returned dental cases using our specialized laboratory management software (LMS). You’ll maintain complete digital records and case logs.
Master the Logistics: Process incoming and outgoing cases, which includes sorting, logging, precise packaging, and preparing shipping labels while ensuring total tracking accuracy.
Keep the Business Moving: Execute financial administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for all cases and services.

Meticulous Accuracy: An uncompromising attention to detail is non-negotiable for flawless case entry and tracking.
Proven Experience: You bring 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume administrative, logistics, or customer service role.
Exceptional Prioritization: A demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines and juggle multiple urgent tasks simultaneously.
Tech-Fluency: You are highly proficient with Microsoft Office/G-Suite and adept at rapidly mastering new software systems.
Work Environment:This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced laboratory. Team members should be comfortable working around laboratory equipment, moderate noise, and airborne particles while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
