We offer mentorship, stability and growth opportunities in today's fast-changing environment. We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team at our Boston, MA headquarters. (Hybrid Schedule - Seaport District - 4 minute walk from South Station)

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior engineers to develop the technical aspects of HVAC systems for large and complex projects in Science & Technology, Academic, Healthcare, and Commercial.
  • Communicate design intent and coordination requirements to owners, architects, consultants and other internal teams.
  • Formulate design criteria, perform calculations, develop concept designs, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Part of mechanical/HVAC team of designers throughout all phases of a project assuring tasks are completed in accordance with company standards, client criteria and good engineering practice.
  • Construction phase services attending client meetings and construction teams, reviewing contractor submittals, responding to requests for information, visiting the construction site to observe progress, document observations and punch lists.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience designing Mechanical/HVAC systems.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of building codes and industry standards/guidelines
  • Professional Certification (EIT) is a plus
  • Professional Licensure (PE) is a plus.

Flexible & Hybrid Culture:
Compensation range is $90,000 - $120,000, plus bonus pending years of experience, professional licensure and education.
