This position is in our Finance/Accounting department and more specifically in our Financial Operations group. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the Finance/Accounting department performs as efficiently as possible for MedPro Group. In the role, you will have the opportunity to be involved in one or many of the following areas: financial system administration, cross-functional projects, business development and integration, metrics and key performance indicators (KPI's), and various process improvement projects.
In this role, you will...
  • Develop, analyze, and interpret financial KPIs and operational metrics, translating data into actionable insights and leveraging modern tools to support and influence business decision-making
  • Support and/or own the effectiveness of financial operations and supporting systems, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and strong control execution
  • Drive process improvements and leverage technology solutions, including emerging AI tools, to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Finance Operations
  • Contribute across Finance and Accounting functions to support operational priorities, continuous improvement, and evolving business needs
  • Lead and/or support cross-functional initiatives, including system implementations, integrations, and process transformation efforts
  • Partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to align financial systems and processes with business needs
  • Monitor and improve financial system performance, data integrity, and user experience
  • Support business growth and integration activities by establishing and reinforcing consistent, scalable Finance processes
  • Develop and document process flows, controls, and system workflows (e.g., PowerPoint, Visio)
