Are you an experienced automotive Finance Manager who enjoys working the deal from start to finish? Have you ever wished you could earn from both the sales management side and the finance side of every transaction?

We are one of the fastest growing Indiana Dealership Groups and we are looking for experienced, motivated professionals to join our team in a unique Sales & Finance Hybrid Manager role. This position gives you the opportunity to manage the deal, work directly with the customer, maximize profitability on both the front and back end, and deliver an outstanding customer experience—all while being compensated for both responsibilities.

What You'll Do

  • Structure and negotiate vehicle deals directly with customers as a Sales Manager.
  • Complete all finance and insurance paperwork while presenting protection products that benefit the customer.
  • Maximize front-end and back-end gross profit while maintaining the highest level of integrity.
  • Deliver a seamless, transparent, and exceptional customer buying experience from initial negotiation through delivery.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure every opportunity is maximized.
  • Coach, mentor, and help develop sales consultants to improve performance and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership to achieve monthly sales, finance, and profitability goals.
  • Help build a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
