Your Next Big Career Move: Accounts Receivable Supervisor located in Hartland, WI.
This role is hybrid. Shift: Monday - Friday, business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Opportunity (Job Purpose):
Do you find you're great with numbers and processes? Enjoy leading a team? Join us at JX! The Accounts Receivable Supervisor oversees the cash application of customer payments from multiple sources into the ERP system. This individual also resolves any issues with customer payments and works with the Collections group as needed. This position reflects significant knowledge of the software and processes used by the organization, supervises the Cash Application team, and is a point person for questions and resolution of issues.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):
  • Coordinate and monitor activities of the Cash Application team to ensure timely processing of all customer receipts.
  • Ensure resolution of all discrepancies in customer payments.
  • Perform month-end duties and account reconciliations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, interacting effectively and courteously with internal and external customers.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train Cash Application Specialists.
  • Involved in hiring and career development.
  • Recommend, coordinate, and implement processes and internal controls.
  • Leadership in achieving department goals and improvements with the Manager of Financial
  • Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):
  • High School or equivalent required, Associate's degree in business or accounting preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an accounting related role.
  • Prior supervision experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
  • Basic Windows and Google Suite or Microsoft Office computer skills required.
  • Superior data entry and 10-key skills required, Must be able to balance speed and accuracy.
  • Dependable and reliable attendance required.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
