One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning | Glastonbury, CT

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is building its Greater Hartford operation, and we’re looking for HVAC service technicians to join our founding field team.

We’re veteran-owned and guided by accountability, professionalism, teamwork, integrity, and exceptional service. We want technicians who diagnose correctly, communicate honestly, take care of customers, and have the potential to become future leaders.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

  • Service furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and controls

  • Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

  • Complete maintenance visits and system evaluations

  • Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners

  • Complete professional repairs and verify system performance

  • Accurately document completed work

  • Maintain a clean, professional company vehicle

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience

What We’re Looking For Required
  • Active Connecticut S-2 Unlimited Heating, Piping & Cooling Journeyperson License

  • EPA Section 608 certification

  • Strong residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience

  • Excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability

  • Experience with furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, controls, airflow, and refrigeration

  • Strong homeowner communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
