Lincoln Tech is seeking HVAC Mechanics and Technicians to join our team as HVAC Service Technician Instructors. In this role, you will educate and mentor aspiring HVAC professionals through our accredited training program, providing both theoretical and hands-on instruction in a state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities for HVAC Service Technician Instructors
  • Teach HVAC Technologies classes, following Lincoln Tech's accredited curriculum
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions to enhance student skills in our fully equipped facility
  • Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student growth, professionalism, and accountability
  • Monitor and support student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that align with industry standards
