Responsibilities
As a Junior HVAC Installer, you will assist Lead Installers with residential and light commercial system installations while developing the skills needed to run installations independently.

Job Duties:
  • Assist with installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems including gas/electric split systems package units, heat pumps, ductwork, ductless mini-split systems, floor and wall furnaces
  • Support lead Installer in completing full-system installations
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Follow company safety and quality standards
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in the trade
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years related HVAC experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a good DMV record
  • Clean and neat appearance
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Physical ability to perform all job requirements
  • Motivated, dependable, and punctual with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
