Earn $44-$46 per hour while diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment. Our techs start their day from home, traveling only to job sites within 1.5 hours of our office-no unnecessary trips back and forth. With a consistent Monday-Friday schedule (7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM), you'll have time to enjoy life outside of work while building a successful career.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As an HVAC Technician - HVAC Service Tech, you'll start your day from home, heading directly to job sites across the region. Your work will involve diagnosing HVAC equipment issues, making repairs, and installing new systems to keep commercial facilities running efficiently. Whether you're troubleshooting a walk-in freezer, fine-tuning a rooftop unit, or ensuring a refrigeration system operates at peak performance, you'll use top-of-the-line tools and expert problem-solving skills to get the job done. No two days are the same, and with minimal travel outside the region, you'll stay busy without being on the road all day.

Here's what you need to become our HVAC Technician - HVAC Service Tech:

  • Valid driver's license
  • EPA Universal certification
  • 5+ years experience in commercial HVAC
  • Experience working on refrigeration systems, walk-ins and reach-ins (freezers and coolers), and ice machines is preferred
