AirHeads HVAC in Copperas Cove, TX is hiring a full-time Residential HVAC Service Tech (Experienced) to join our team. Depending on experience, our service technicians earn anywhere from $25.00 - $40.00/hour, plus spiffs and bonuses! We also provide fantastic benefits that include paid vacation, holidays, a company-matched Roth IRA, health insurance, a company phone, vehicle, uniforms, continuous company-paid training, and year-round work! There will be an additional bonus of $5000 for 5 or more years of experience and $3000 for 3 to 5 years of experience. This bonus will be paid out over the next year at 90 days, 180 days, and last of all 365 days. QUALIFICATIONS OF A RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE TECH (EXPERIENCED)
  • At least 3 years of HVAC service experience
  • EPA certified
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Can pass a background check and drug screening
  • Can read and interpret wiring diagrams/blueprints, and use various troubleshooting techniques
  • Willing to acquire low voltage license within 2 years of employment, NATE certification within 1st year of employment, and attend continuing education training or seminars
  • Understand basic sheet metal practices, air balancing principles, and safety

A universal EPA certification, completion of an industry-related technical school, and/or NATE certification is a plus! If you've got 3-5 years of experience and your own tools, it's desired!
