Responsibilities
• Survey, develop, and present proposals for retrofit and new installations of HVAC systems.
• Interact with customer in professional, knowledgeable and courteous manor.
• Ability to perform load calculations and duct layout.
• HVAC designing of non-engineered projects.
• Acquire supplier material quotes, develop material requisition for job needs and coordinate material purchases.
• Coordinate project details with installation crews. Conduct project status meetings.
• Coordinate company billing change orders and project completion status.

Requirements
• Experience and understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC Systems.
• Valid drivers' license.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Satisfactory completion of company background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
