Looking for a Experienced HVAC Service Technician for local residential heating and cooling air conditioning company with some light commercial applications.
We will guarantee FULL salary pay weekly even during slow / non-peak seasons to ensure that you will have a steady reliable paycheck and we also offer weekly / monthly bonuses for daily quotas or equipment sales.
Service Technicians:
Must have a verifiable minimum of 4 years total experience in HVAC with at least 2 years in residential HVAC Air Conditioner & Heater Repair. Must be able to work weekends if necessary.
*We also offer performance pay that allows a technician to get paid per call plus a percentage on goods on goods sold.

Also a must have is being self-motivated but able to take direction and be part of a growing team, clean professional appearance, dependable, able to properly diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, and have good communication skills.
