Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Retrofit Installer to help us continue to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring that they operate efficiently and meet our clients' needs. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for improving home and business environments, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
  • Remove old equipment and retrofit new systems efficiently and accurately.
  • Test installed systems for proper functioning and make necessary adjustments.
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing top-notch service and answering any questions regarding HVAC system maintenance and care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and certifications to ensure up-to-date knowledge of the latest HVAC technologies and practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
  • Current CFC Certification
  • Demonstrated ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Commitment to a drug-free workplace
