Job description

ICS is Interior Climate Solutions, one of the largest and fastest-growing Commercial HVAC/R service companies with nationwide coverage, is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Service Manager to lead a team of the best HVAC Service Technicians supporting multi-site retail and convenience store customers across the Western Tennessee, Arkansas, and Northern Mississippi areas.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands commercial HVAC/R service, can manage field operations, and knows how to keep high-volume customers running with minimal downtime. The Service Manager is supported by ICS’s centralized teams for dispatching, procurement, purchasing, and billing, allowing the manager to focus on technician leadership, customer satisfaction, service execution, and operational performance.

Responsibilities include:

* Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 HVAC/R service technicians

* Oversee daily service operations, dispatch coordination, and technician productivity

* Support multi-site retail and c-store customers throughout the DFW market

* Ensure timely completion of service calls, repairs, maintenance, and follow-up work

* Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate professionally with facility managers

* Work closely with centralized dispatching, procurement, purchasing, and billing teams

* Review service quality, job documentation, labor efficiency, and parts usage

* Help troubleshoot complex HVAC/R issues and provide field support when needed

* Promote safety, accountability, and a customer-first service culture

Ideal candidate will have:

* Strong commercial HVAC/R service background

* Previous experience managing HVAC/R technicians or field service teams

* Experience with retail, convenience store, restaurant, grocery, or multi-site facility customers preferred

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

* Ability to prioritize urgent calls and manage a fast-paced service environment

* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
