HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment in residential settings
  • Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
  • Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
  • Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures

What You Will Bring:
  • 1-5 Years residential HVAC installation experience preferred
  • HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
  • Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
  • Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
  • Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
