Experience Required: 4+ Years
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of commercial HVAC construction projects. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, quality standards, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with customer expectations.
What You'll Do
  • Manage full-cycle commercial HVAC construction projects from planning through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, manpower planning, and project KPIs
  • Review drawings, specifications, and field measurements to ensure accuracy and contract compliance
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, field teams, and customers to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor project progress and report status to Senior Project Manager
  • Ensure Quality Assurance standards are met on all projects
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License with safe driving record
  • 4+ years of Commercial HVAC Project Management experience
  • Associate Degree in related field (preferred)
  • Proficient in scheduling software and CAD
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Experience developing HVAC/mechanical designs and specifications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
  • Work outside in various weather conditions for extended periods
  • Walk, stand, stoop, or sit for prolonged periods
