Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning is a local HVAC company located in Eugene, Oregon. We have been in business for over 15 years and have built our company aroundย outstanding customer service and quality HVAC installations.

The Position

We are looking for an individual whoย excels at customer service, both in person and over the phone.

You must be able to maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers, communicate effectively, and quickly find solutions that leave our customers satisfied.

This is a position for someone who wants toย grow, learn, take ownership, and become an important part of our team.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer information in our software system
  • Coordinate scheduling based on customer needs and company availability
  • Process customer requests and follow through to completion
  • Prepare paperwork and documentation for escalated calls and customer situations
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments, scheduling, and service needs
  • Work with technicians, installers, and other office staff to keep jobs moving
  • Resolve customer concerns and find solutions quickly
  • Follow company procedures while maintaining an exceptional customer experience
  • Keep accurate records and ensure customer information is complete and up to date
  • Assist with other office responsibilities as needed
