ABOUT YOU:

  • No formal experience necessary
  • Need to be able to use handtools effectively
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Punctuality and professionalism are essential
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Self-motivated, honest, ethical, and strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Pay is based on experience, the typical range of $18-25 per hour with a bonus available. Bonus average is $3 - $5 per hour

JOB DUTIES

  • Install/replace HVAC equipment, including but not limited to ductwork, thermostats, attic and/or vertical splits.
  • Communicate with team members, read plans, and perform other related duties
  • Comply with company and industry safety standards
  • Participate in company-provided trainings
  • Must be able to read and use a tape measure
  • Must be comfortable setting up and working on ladders
  • Work at heights, in attics, under homes, and small areas such as crawl spaces
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions
  • Lift up to 100lbs
