HVAC Apprentice

This position will have opportunity for training in both installation and maintenance for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional overtime and evenings

What You Will Be doing:

  • Working with a lead and receiving on the job training
  • Residential and light commercial retrofit / changeout installations
  • Working in attics, crawl spaces and building rooftops
  • Performing annual maintenance / clean and checks
  • Customer service
  • Consult with customer on equipment and indoor air quality accessories

What We Are Looking For:

  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
  • Ability to lift up-to 100 pounds
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Customer service skills
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • HVAC, construction, electrical or similar industry experience - Desired
  • HVAC Tech School Certificate - Desired
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
