HVAC Installer - Clean Climate HVAC
Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. You'll be responsible for installing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential and light commercial settings. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work with a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, and ventilation systems
  • Connect refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, ductwork, and controls per manufacturer specs and code
  • Perform start-ups, testing, and adjustments for proper system operation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members on installation details
  • Ensure all installations pass local code inspections and meet company quality standards
  • Complete required documentation and system start-up forms in ServiceTitan
  • Assist in training apprentices and support other technicians when needed

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
  • Valid EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal)
  • Driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic electrical and refrigerant knowledge
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and working in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops)

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with brands such as Trane, Mitsubishi, or Navien
  • Sheet metal fabrication and duct installation skills
  • Gas piping and venting experience
