Responsibilities: 
  • Accurately and efficiently installing heating and air equipment in residential homes.  
  • HVAC Installers are responsible for running a job from start to finish. 
  • Install to standards higher than manufacturer specs. 
  • Designing, fabricating, and installing a wide range of duct fittings and ducts that are required, as well as wiring both indoor and outdoor units.
  • Delivery of consistent, excellent customer service that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction. 

Requirements: 
  • 2+ years of HVAC installation experience. 
  • EPA 608 Universal certification. 
  • Nate certification, preferred. 
  • Great communication skills. 
  • Self-motivated, accountable, values high-integrity, and a competitive spirit 
  • Valid Michigan driver’s license.
