What you will DO:

โ€ข Perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality.
โ€ข Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
โ€ข Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
โ€ข Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
โ€ข Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information.
โ€ข For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it.
โ€ข Document work performed in accordance with company procedure.
โ€ข Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge.
โ€ข Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.
โ€ข Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
โ€ข Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
โ€ข All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.

What you NEED:
โ€ข Must be 21 or older.

โ€ข At least five (5) years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge.
โ€ข Valid local driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record.

โ€ข Ability to pass a drug screen, background record and motor vehicle record.

โ€ข Ability to work synergistically with crew partner(s), also independently and accurately.

โ€ข Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.

โ€ข Ability to exercise independent judgment and make informed decisions.

โ€ข Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

โ€ข Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools.
