Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Installation Crew in the Charlotte area to join our team! In this role, you will install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments.
Responsibilities: 
  • Install residential and commercial HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits, and other HVAC equipment.
  • Install and connect ductwork, refrigerant lines, condensate drains, gas lines, and electrical components.
  • Perform equipment startups, testing, and system commissioning.
  • Verify proper airflow, refrigerant charge, temperature, and system operation.
  • Read and interpret HVAC plans, installation manuals, and equipment specifications.
  • Safely use hand tools, power tools, meters, recovery equipment, and other HVAC tools.
  • Remove and properly dispose of old HVAC equipment and materials.
  • Identify and correct installation issues before completing the job.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
  • Follow OSHA requirements, company safety procedures, and applicable HVAC codes.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, customers, builders, and other crew members.
  • Explain basic system operation and maintenance requirements to customers.
  • Complete installation paperwork, job documentation, and required checklists.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  • Work efficiently both independently and as part of an installation crew.
