Job Summary:
We're growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you'll install residential heating and cooling systems, lead installation projects, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Remove and replace HVAC equipment, including indoor and outdoor units.
  • Install and modify ductwork as needed for system performance.
  • Complete installations safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout each installation.
  • Accurately complete all required job documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain the operation of newly installed equipment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment installation and ductwork modifications
  • Ability to install indoor and outdoor equipment with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of HVAC tools, testing devices, and installation best practices
  • EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II required; Universal preferred)
  • NATE Certification is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Work Environment:
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds.
