What You’ll Do:

  • Perform residential HVAC tune-ups, maintenance, and basic repairs
  • Inspect heating and cooling systems to ensure safe, efficient operation
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners about what you find — no upsell pressure
  • Keep accurate records and report findings to your service manager
  • Support our senior technicians and learn through hands-on experience
