Cornel's is a fast growing, locally owned, home services company.ย www.cornelsplumbing.comย  We are seeking an HVAC Helper to join our team.ย ย 

About the Role

The HVAC Helper is a hands-on support role that keeps job sites safe, clean, and running efficiently. Youโ€™ll assist across departments with tasks like loading materials, organizing inventory, helping with cleanouts, and other physical work as needed. This is a great role for someone dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow their skills in the trades.

  • Assist with installation of HVAC systems
  • Assist with ductwork installation, materials handling, and job site setup/cleanup
  • Learn proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and tool usage
  • Support retrofit installation projects
  • Maintain clean andย organizedย job sites
  • Develop the knowledge and experience needed to grow into an independent installer role

Pay range:ย  $20-$27/hour

Hours:ย  M-F 7-4

Requirements

1-3 years HVAC install experience preferred

Valid drivers license

Willingness to learn, follow the hungry, humble, smart tenets

Ability to work in attics and crawlspaces, in various weather conditions

Ability to lift 50-100 lbsย
