Pay: $23–$35 per hour + spiff and bonus opportunities

Position Overview

The HVAC Service Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality service by diagnosing issues efficiently, completing repairs accurately, and performing preventative maintenance to maximize system performance.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This role also involves collaboration with team members to resolve complex issues and uphold the company’s standards for service excellence, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system performance checks
  • Respond promptly and professionally to service calls and customer concerns
