HVAC Field Operations Manager

Full-Time | Office + Field Work | Location: Aurora, CO

Pay Range: $46/hr to $51/hr depending on experience

Hartzell Heating & Air Conditioning is known for straightforward service, dependable work, and strong customer relationships. We are growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Field Operations Manager who wants to help lead projects, improve operations, and grow with the company.

The Role

As the HVAC Field Operations Manager, youโ€™ll oversee HVAC installation and retrofit projects while coordinating technicians, vendors, customers, and internal departments to ensure projects stay on schedule and run efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can balance customer communication with operational execution.

What You'll Do
