Job description

Absolute Heating and Air in Morgantown, WV is seeking an ambitious, goal-driven, and solution-oriented person to become our new full-time In-Home HVAC Consultant! You'll be interacting with homeowners, performing in-home system assessments, and recommending the right products and services for their unique setups.

You'll have an earning potential of $85,000 - $200,000+ per year (base pay and commission) and work a consistent Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule. Some evening and weekend appointments may be required to meet business needs. You'll also receive excellent benefits and perks like:

  • Professionally representing our company and building strong connections with new and current clients

  • Performing in-home consultations, identifying hot/cold spots, and explaining the benefits of additional services and equipment upgrades, including duct cleaning, UV lights, advanced filtration systems, etc.
