As we continue to expand our operations, we're seeking a dynamic HVAC Service Manager with experience in both service operations and sales to join our team.

**Position Overview:**The HVAC Service Manager will play a pivotal role in leading our HVAC service department while also driving sales and revenue growth through service contracts, maintenance agreements, and equipment sales. This position requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components, as well as proven sales skills and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of service technicians, overseeing service operations, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead and manage the HVAC service department, including service technicians, dispatchers, and administrative staff.- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through service contracts, maintenance agreements, and equipment sales.- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the customer base.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive sales proposals and presentations for prospective clients.- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, profit margins, and customer satisfaction, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.- Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of service calls to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.- Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians, including troubleshooting complex issues and recommending solutions.- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
