We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Technician to our existing HVAC team.  Duties include the service, repair and installation of high efficiency heating systems, air conditioning systems, ductless and heat pump systems and water heaters.  Experience with oil is a plus. 
Must have EPA Certification, refrigerant license and a thorough understand of HVAC equipment and controls.  Journeyman License a plus. Qualified candidates must have a clean driving record.

Job Duties
  • Effectively troubleshoot, diagnose and repair malfunctioning gas heating systems, AC systems, split systems, heat pumps
  • Replace existing HVAC equipment, split systems, heat pumps and water heaters
  • Perform annual maintenance tune ups
  • Clearly explain replacement opportunities for old, inefficient or underperforming equipment.
  • Exceed customer expectations and resolve any concerns promptly
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products that would be in the best interest of the customer
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service calls and work performed
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
  • Participate actively in all training and on-going education
